Trainings

If you’re finding it challenging to adapt to Japanese business, you are not alone. Our training programs empower non-Japanese professionals to bridge cultural divides, equipping them with the skills to navigate and succeed in the unique landscape of Japanese business.

Interpreter training

Becoming a Japanese interpreter is particularly challenging for non-Japanese. Beyond the inherent difficulty of mastering the language, there are very few schools or programs offering interpreter training tailored for non-Japanese learners.
At INTERP, we go beyond traditional skill-based training. We do not only teach essential interpreting techniques but also guide you in building a fulfilling and impactful career. Master the art of bridging cultures and benefit from more opportunities, better working conditions, and position yourself as a key player in business success.

Adapting to Japanese business for non-Japanese specialists

We excel in assisting non-Japanese companies and individuals aiming to succeed in Japan, leveraging our deep understanding of both Japanese and Western business practices.

Japanese business practices can be significantly different from those in the West, and conventional approaches may not always be well-received. We equip you with essential skills for success in Japan, covering essential areas such as Japanese communication styles, cultural nuances, and business etiquette.
Our goal is to help you build trust and establish relationships with your Japanese clients and partners, paving the way for lasting business success.

Global education for Japanese students – Developing the next generation

Since 2024, INTERP has been collaborating with S.H.C. Collaboration K.K., a distinguished Japanese company specializing in study-abroad programs exclusively in Malta.
Through this partnership, we provide global education programs and interpreter training. Additionally, leveraging our director Yusuke’s residency in Malta, we actively develop partnerships with local institutions and organize exchange programs.
Through this initiative, we aim to broaden the horizons of Japan’s future leaders, equipping them with the skills to thrive in the global stage.
