| Details | At the naming ceremony of a Danish-made container vessel held at Yokohama Daikoku Pier, we provided a team of nine bilingual staff at the request of the German project manager. The team consisted of five interpreter guides, three reception and VIP guides, and one logistics manager, all of whom contributed to the smooth operation and success of the event with their careful attention and excellent hospitality. |

| Details | This was our largest project to date, and we were proud to support the quadrennial international sports event through a UK generator rental company, an official sponsor. The project required over 70 interpreters, and we provided comprehensive HR management, covering everything from candidate sourcing, recruitment, and contracting to training and aftercare. Despite the event being postponed by a year due to the pandemic, and the numerous challenges that arose, our dedicated team demonstrated resilience and professionalism, ultimately contributing to the event’s success. |

A dedicated interpreter was assigned to support the head of the project, facilitating communication with the organizing committee. Additionally, a team of seven interpreters was deployed to assist with the installation, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of equipment at each venue, ensuring smooth operations throughout the event. |
