Case Studies in Business Support

Global Business Support

Relationship building & conflict resolution support with business partners
Client: Japanese trading company
Period: August 2016 – Present

DetailsWe were in a position to facilitate the restoration of mutual trust between the two companies.
Our client, a Japanese trading company, engages in the sales of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and has deals with numerous overseas suppliers (American, German, South Korean and more).
They had an issue with one of its suppliers, which resulted in a complete collapse of mutual trust and difficulties in communication.
On behalf of the client, we conducted weekly/biweekly phone calls to gradually restore and foster the relationship.
Furthermore, we conducted a web meeting on a monthly basis, including our client.
Despite the lengthy restoration period, our client has acknowledged a notable enhancement in their relationship with the supplier compared to the initial stage.
Our support has been continued since 2016 to the present and afterwards.

Client: New Zealand soundproof wall manufacturer
