Our Story

In 2011, Yusuke Yoshida completed his first interpreting project in Catania, Italy, facilitating the installation of a photovoltaic processing unit. Much has changed since then. What began as a single professional’s endeavor has grown into a prominent company.

Over time, our clients’ needs have evolved, and we’ve evolved with them, extending our support beyond interpreting and translation to become a trusted cross-cultural bridge. We connect global professionals with Japanese businesses and vice versa, facilitating meaningful international relationships.

Our business continues to grow, and as of 24th August 2024, we have rebranded as “INTERP LLC” following our incorporation. This same year, we introduced new services: Interpreter Training, Global Talent Development, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing. With our extensive experience in international business, we are now focused on talent development to meet the demands of our clients.

Proven on the Global Stage – Our Finest Work

We are proud to have been a services provider for a major international sporting event held in Tokyo in 2021, and in the lead-up to it. We provided interpreting and HR management services for a UK company that was an official sponsor of the event. Yusuke devoted his entire schedule to this event, as it required such extensive efforts, and had to overcome a 1-year postponement due to the pandemic.

He was responsible for managing the human resources of 70+ interpreters. His process started with locating candidate interpreters, then interviewing, hiring, contracting, training, and aftercare.

The event was a success, and our efforts on behalf of an event sponsor were also a success. We take great pride in this and it lets us move forward with greater confidence and abilities than ever.

Yusuke Yoshida

Language has opened new relationships and horizons for Yusuke, forming the core of his life. Raised internationally in Yokohama and Dallas, he developed a deep interest in cross-cultural communication and languages from an early age. He has since lived in Tokyo, Hokkaido, and Sydney, and traveled to over 30 countries.

He relocated with his family to Malta in 2023, after the Covid pandemic made remote working commonplace. He continues to manage the projects at the same pace as when he lived in Japan.

Outside of business, Yusuke practices tai chi and enjoys tennis, mahjong, surfing, and yoga. Recently, he has also taken up padel and meditation, constantly seeking new experiences to inspire his creativity and energy.
