- Working hours:
- Standard daily working time is 8 hours (9 hours including 1-hour lunch break)
- If the required working time is less than 4 hours, the half-day rate will be applied.
- Additional Fees:
- Overtime: Surcharge of +25% will be applied for hours worked beyond the standard daily working time.
- Late-night work: Surcharge of +25% will be applied for work performed between 22:00 and 6:00 JST.
- Travel expenses
- Accommodation, per diem, and any bound time during travel will be charged if the work site is far from our office and an overnight stay is required. Bound time during travel will be calculated at half of the standard hourly rate.
- If a preliminary meeting is required, a fee of 110 EUR per hour (excl. tax) will apply.
- Cancellation fees:
- Cancellation fees will apply after an order is formally placed as follows:
- *100% – Same day or 1 day before scheduled date
- *75% – 1 week before scheduled date
- *50% – 2 weeks before scheduled date
- Client responsibilities:
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide appropriate equipment (e.g., microphones, loudspeakers, etc.) to ensure optimal interpreting conditions on-site.
