Details<\/td>At an international expo, we arranged a team of specialists for audio equipment installation work. The team included bilingual specialists such as an administrator and a procurement coordinator, as well as local construction workers. A driver, riggers, stagehands made significant contributions to advancing the construction process.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n

Vessel naming ceremony (2024 \/ Yokohama Japan)<\/strong>

Details<\/td>At the naming ceremony of a Danish-made container vessel held at Yokohama Daikoku Pier, we provided a team of nine bilingual staff at the request of the German project manager. The team consisted of five interpreter guides, three reception and VIP guides, and one logistics manager, all of whom contributed to the smooth operation and success of the event with their careful attention and excellent hospitality.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n

International swimming events (2023 \/ Fukuoka Japan)<\/strong>

Details<\/td>We provided 4 interpreters to the official sponsor, a UK generator rental company. At each venue, the interpreters served as a bridge between the UK company\u2019s on-site staff, the organizing committee, and local contractors, supporting the installation, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of the equipment.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n

Quadrennial international sports events (2020 \/ Tokyo Japan)<\/strong>
HR management for interpreters<\/h3><\/i><\/i><\/span><\/summary>

Details<\/td>This was our largest project to date, and we were proud to support the quadrennial international sports event through a UK generator rental company, an official sponsor.
The project required over 70 interpreters, and we provided comprehensive HR management, covering everything from candidate sourcing, recruitment, and contracting to training and aftercare. Despite the event being postponed by a year due to the pandemic, and the numerous challenges that arose, our dedicated team demonstrated resilience and professionalism, ultimately contributing to the event’s success.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n

Quadrennial international rugby tournament (2019 \/ Japan)<\/strong>
